at the Newtown Health Collective, 82 Riddiford Street and
Kapiti Tuesdays 11 June – 16 July, 9.30 - 10.45 am at the Mazengarb Reserve Sports Complex Hall, Scaife Drive, Paraparaumu.
Mindfulness Tai Chi offers a way of deepening our connections with ourselves and others in a relaxed, fun and supportive way.
Course sessions include:
- Tai Chi loosening exercises
- Tai Chi form practice
- Mindfulness sitting meditation

Approved by Acupuncture NZ for 1.25 hours of CPD (TCM) per session (If you attend all sessions that will be 7.5 CPD hours)
Lucy Schwabe is a registered acupuncturist, certified instructor with the Taijiquan School of Central Equilibrium and qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher with over 20 years clinical experience. She has managed and taught in the student clinic at the New Zealand School of Acupuncture, Wellington campus for 11 years. Currently she is working in private practice, specializing in facilitating mindfulness programmes including MBSR, Mindfulness for Stress Reduction, Tai Chi and Relational Mindful Movement.
