A 6-week guided Zoom course
You can join each week or move through the course in your own time with recordings available after every session.
I invite you to join me for this 6-week introductory course where we will explore the world of Yuan Qigong and how to work with it in a simple and practical way for health, wellbeing, and healing.
Qigong practice naturally calms and clears the mind, creating space for creativity, focus, and a more relaxed inner state where peace, joy, and vitality can arise.
The Yuan Qigong methods systematically improve the amount, quality, and flow of Qi throughout the body, while gently opening the heart and supporting a deeper connection with your own inner awareness.
My intention is that you will finish the course feeling more connected with your Qi, your body, and your Shen in a deeper and more unified way, and have practical tools you can integrate into daily life. Regular practice can make a profound difference, and this course offers a clear first step.
Yuan Qigong is simple to learn, effective and safe, and supports increased health, happiness and wellbeing.
