The extraordinary organ

StartTime: Sun 10 November 2013 9:00 am
Location: Wellington

Known as the extraordinary fu of central clarity in the medical texts and packed with Shao Yang’s punchy power, the Gallbladder is the only fu to be given special status in the inner alchemy tradition. We will study this and its links with other organs, particularly the Heart and Kidneys, as well as its dynamic wood partnership with the Liver. Organ of vision and decision, it brings stagnation to an end and so promotes new beginnings by releasing the old, an essential part of long-term healing.
